Assessments, Evaluations, Program Quality, Monitoring & Evaluation

I help the world's leading peacebuilding and development organizations maximize the impact of their interventions through tailored assessments and conflict analyses, the development of program theories of change and sound monitoring frameworks, as well as mid-term and end-of-project evaluations.

With a PhD focused on conflict and peacebuilding on the African continent and over 10 years of development and peacebuilding management and implementation experience, I draw on sound research evidence, organizational best practice, and my own experience across a dozen conflict and post-conflict contexts to facilitate clients' planning, reflection, and learning to achieve greater impact for the people they serve.

Art

My travels particularly across Africa have brought me into contact with a lot of poverty and suffering, but also staggering beauty and zest for life. In addition to my professional attention to this region, I've met several African artists and collected their contemporary art.
