With a PhD in International Relations/Comparative Politics, I have a particular interest in the deeper political, social, and economic dynamics of (African) state formation, conflict, and development. I was always keen on not only researching conflict and peacebuilding, but actively translating insights into international interventions and programming. After having worked for International NGOs as a project manager and program quality specialist for twelve years (1999-2005; 2011-2017), I am now offering my skills and insights to a range of international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations.
